It’s hard to think of a nicer location than Harbor Guest House. This property is right on the shore of Eagle Harbor in the bay of Green Bay.
This is an amazing spot for boaters. Transient slips are available at the adjacent marina. Imagine walking out the door of your hotel and right to your docked boat!
Do you like sunsets? Of course you do. That’s something else that sets Harbor Guest House apart – amazing sunsets over the water.
Harbor Guest House is also extremely walkable. All the restaurants and attractions of downtown Fish Creek are nearby.
All these factors are what led to me rating Harbor Guest House 5 out of 5 stars for location.

I really appreciate several things about the facilities and amenities at Harbor Guest House.
First, I think that the water views available from the units are some of the best features of any property in Door County. Door County is the water, and the water is Door County. Harbor Guest House lets you soak in this defining feature of the place, that people travel thousands of miles to experience.
Second, the kitchenettes at Harbor Guest House are a major benefit. Have you ever tried to get into a restaurant in Door County during the peak season? It’s not easy. A kitchenette provides great flexibility for feeding your crew while on vacation to Door County.
Third, the transient slips available to guests is something few other Door County properties offer.
There are some things that Harbor Guest House could have. It doesn’t have swimming pools or a gym, for example.
That’s why I gave it 4 out of 5 stars. Harbor Guest House has great facilities, but there are some people who might want some amenities that are not offered at this property.
