Green Bay Packers’ AJ Dillon, his wife Gabrielle, and their Dillon Family Foundation, have teamed up with Door County Coffee, one of Sturgeon Bay’s favorite coffee shops. Throughout the month of February 2025, $1 from every specialty drink purchased at Door County Coffee will be donated to the Dillon Family Foundation, contributing to its mission of empowering families and addressing food insecurity.
AJ and Gabrielle personally handcrafted the February Specialty Drinks, including:
- Berry in Love Potion – White Lotus with cherry and coconut syrup, mixed with club soda;
- Berry in Love Nitro – Nitro cold brew with half & half and chocolate sauce, topped with strawberry flavored cold foam;
- Stupid Cupid Latte – Espresso, milk, white chocolate sauce, and raspberry syrup;
- Pink Velvet Macchiato – Espresso, milk, white chocolate sauce, and cheesecake syrup.

“Gabrielle and I love Door County,” said AJ. “Some of our best memories are here, so it is special for us to partner with local businesses like Door County Coffee and help give back to this community.”
This partnership is part of the Dillon Family Foundation’s broader efforts to support Door County and other local communities. The foundation has impacted over 2,500 youth and families and donated over $45,000 to organizations and spearheading initiatives.
Recently, in the 2024-2025 NFL season, the foundation launched the “Carry for a Cause” campaign, donating a backpack filled with food to a child in need for every rushing yard gained by the Green Bay Packers during home games. This campaign resulted in 1,400
food-filled backpacks being distributed to children across Wisconsin.
Door County Coffee, established in 1993 in Wisconsin, is renowned for its commitment to quality and community engagement. By partnering with local organizations and foundations, the company continues to make a positive impact on the community it serves.
